The villa Les Coccinelles was constructed in 1881 on the slopes of Mont-Boron – the sought-after residential area in the east part of Nice (French Riviera). It is situated on a parcel of about 2.200 m² with centuries old olive trees. The villa offers a spectacular view over the city of Nice, the Baie des Anges and along the coast as far as Cap d’Antibes.

The residence is a classical example of the Riviera style, a fine compromise between Italian and Parisian architecture; it has become the subject of several flattering reviews in specialized magazines. The project consisted in complete renovation of the existing villa plus enlargement of the villa’s built-up area and a new construction adjustments in the bottom part of the parcel.
There are 9 luxurious apartments, each of them with a terrace or a garden, 3 semi-detached two-floor villas and an underground garage with 25 parking stalls. The property includes an ample swimming pool accessible by a panoramic lift directly from the apartments, a reception desk at the main entrance and security system with security cameras in all common areas of the building.
