Building Spálená 5 is located in the city centre near Národní třída and Karlovo náměstí. The underground line station and tram stops are only few meters from the building. The newly revitalised park at Karlovo náměstí is reachable by walk and many shops, public service facilities, restaurants, cafes and clubs are also very close. All of it ensures high standard with perfect infrastructure and comfort for luxurious residential living and commercial use.
Project:
The administrative building was completely rebuilt in modern design style as a multifunctional building with total area of 4.479 m² in order to integrate it into the existing surrounded buildings. Parts situated into the Spálená street are designed as an administrative spaces and atypical studios for multi-purpose use. In the ground floor there are commercial spaces with large glass display windows. In the higher floors of the present building we created luxurious modern apartments with regard to preserve some original arts and features such as double doors, stair railings, terrazzo paving, etc. The residence dispose with 33 parking spaces situated in an underground garage and a garden in the courtyard with benches, fountain and design elements.
