1996 - 1998
The residential house Na Hrádku is situated in the most prestigious district of Královské Vinohrady (Royal Vinohrady), one of the best residential areas in Prague.

The beautiful Art-Noveau building was completely reconstructed in year 1998 paying careful attention to every single detail with the aim to restore and maintain the original appearance of the house and to offer superior and modern living very close to the centre.
All apartments have been equipped with hydro-massage bathtubs, built-in safes, connection of 2 satellites and entrance doors with security locks. The representative apartments of dimensions from 52 to 105 m² and 3 new luxurious attic flats with terraces were sold shortly after the reconstruction.
The last apartments with private garden on the ground floor and commercial space in the basement were leased and sold in 2011.
