The original name of the corner Baroque house was U modrého hroznu, and in the 18th and 19th centuries it boasted a well-known café and wine bar, to which you could go after the performance through a covered corridor directly from the neighboring Estates Theater for coffee or wine and a game of billiards. After its demolition in 1899, a new house was built here, however the original name was later depicted on the facade of the building, where it remains to this day.
Now, the ground floor of the building houses commercial premises with glass shop windows around its perimeter and are thus perfectly visible from Rytířská and Havířská streets. The business premises are connected to the basement and also by a freight elevator for better handling. There are office spaces on the other four above-ground floors.
