This building is situated in the centre of Prague, in the district of New Town, only a few hundred metres from the large square Karlovo Náměstí, the riverside and Wenceslas Square. The historical and commercial centres are both easily reachable on foot. The neighbourhood is also very well served by public transport – a subway station and numerous tramlines are very close.
Project:
Our intention was to purchase this property and then to prepare and implement a new project for a 4**** hotel with around 80-85 guest rooms, restaurant, lobby bar, conference rooms and a pleasant spacious reception. Together with project design we have provided and arranged all other services such as receipt of zoning and building permit, etc.
The property was sold in 2007.
