Project

This six-storey Art Nouveau building was built in 1906 and underwent complete reconstruction in 1995. There are 10 apartments and two-level luxurious attic penthouses ranging in size from 93 m² (3+1) to 162 m² (4+1). On the ground floor and in the basement there is a restaurant and a shop, both of which have also been fully reconstructed. There is a garage with 8 parking spaces and in the courtyard there are further 3 parking places and a separate private garage.

All units were sold in 2007.
