The residence consists of two connected buildings and is one of the most beautiful Neo-Renaissance buildings on the left bank of the Vltava river. We won the award for the best residential project of the year for the development of this residence.
A truly unique project is the five-star hotel Le Palais in Prague’s Vinohrady, where the building has been completely renovated to restore its original beauty with decorative stucco and magnificent 19th-century wall paintings.
The Spálená 5 residence project underwent a conversion from an administrative building to a modern multi-functional apartment building with an underground garage and a glass roof structure. It is located in Prague 1 in the very center of the capital city.
Our company also focuses on the construction of luxury penthouses in the center of Prague. We cooperate with several leading architectural and design studios, thanks to which we manage to recast the visions of Dr. Altomonte in reality and the final appearance after the completion of the projects always exceed all expectations.
The brightest project of our company so far is the National House Smíchov, as a cultural and historical monument from the beginning of the 20th century. At the moment, a number of projects are being processed for the future use of the house with such significant potential. We are working hard to restore its size.
